Shipping Policy

Delivery is free on every order, to both the United States and Canada. There is nothing added at checkout.

Where your order ships from

Our stock is held in partner warehouses overseas and posted direct to you. That keeps our prices down, but it does mean your parcel travels further than it would from a local shop. Please read the timings below before you order so you know what to expect.

Processing

Orders are picked and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. You will get a confirmation email with tracking once your parcel is on its way.

Delivery times

After dispatch, most orders arrive within 5 to 11 business days. All in, from the moment you order, allow roughly one to two weeks.

These are estimates rather than promises. A minority of parcels take longer, and delivery can be affected by your location, local postal services, customs, public holidays and other things outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed to you when your order is dispatched. Allow a few days for the first scan to appear, as tracking often stays quiet until the parcel reaches the destination country.

Customs and duties

Because parcels are posted from overseas, they may be subject to customs processing, import duties or taxes charged by your own country. Any such charges are set by your government, not by us, and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect addresses

Please double check your address before ordering. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away. Once an order has been dispatched we may not be able to change where it goes.
